charming stay close to the action
great location friendly staff clean room
i was charmed by this hotel's location near the main hollywood attractions. the staff was really helpful and friendly, offering quick solutions to my questions. my room was clean and had all the basics i needed for a short stay (it felt very cozy).
the noise from the street was noticeable, especially at night. i had to use earplugs to sleep soundly, a bit of a drawback (i wish i had packed them earlier!).

The hotel's location is ideal. It is close to the chinese theatre and the metro at hollywood and vine. the surrounding area has many shops, restaurants and a cvs pharmacy is located nearby.

the receptionists were very kind and helpful during the check-in process. the staff were helpful when i ran into problems with my credit card.

The location was very good. I was close to many attractions. The staff I encountered was friendly and helpful. They assisted with my queries promptly. My room included a refrigerator. This helped keep my drinks cold.
My room was smaller than I expected. I struggled to open my luggage fully. There were no coffee-making facilities. I missed having a quick morning coffee. Some homeless people were nearby. This.

the location be amazing. i could walk to so many places from there. elisabeth at reception was very kind. she was so attentive to every detail. the value be just right for such a lovely stay.
i find that there be no parking on site. this be a little inconvenient. i has to find street parking instead.

mixed feelings about the stay
no hot water inaccurate hours
the hotel's location was quite convenient. it provided easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.
The lack of hot water was a significant issue. i let the water run for nearly an hour without any sign of warmth. additionally, the laundry room hours were inaccurate. It closed much earlier than advertised.
