the staff were very friendly. mirin at the reception gave great answers about getting around the city. she also provided information about navigo cards for the public transit system. the room was nice and neat. i will consider this location for my next visit.

i found the cleanliness to be slightly off. the carpet was noticeably dirty.

The room size felt smaller than i expected. I struggled with luggage. also, housekeeping did not do a thorough job one day. they entered the room, yet they did not clean it. that was frustrating after a long day.

the front desk staff was awesome! gabrielle was so cute and helpful. i could leave my luggage after check out and before my late flight. the hotel is just outside the main city with restaurants and supermarkets very close by. good bus and metro stops are within 3 mins of the hotel!!!

the adapted disabled room faced a loud air conditioning system in the inner courtyard area. this ruined any chance of a good night's sleep. the bathtub and towels sheets were dirty. buffet breakfast was very bad. there were very few options.
