friendly staff free parking institutional lighting broken refrigerator

my room was clean and staff was friendly. location was top for me because it was close to the icon park. i enjoyed the outdoor pool because it was a good size and have plenty of free parking.

the lighting in my room felt very institutional. the refrigerator in the room broke.

surprisingly great stay!

convenient location clean room

the location was very convenient (especially with the i-trolley access). the room was spacious and clean, also it was cleaned daily. i found the sundry store in the lobby to be very useful for quick needs.

i found the walls to be quite thin. i could hear noise from other guests, particularly in the hallways. this made it a bit difficult to sleep at times.

Fantastic Hotel Near ICON Park!

friendly staff clean room excellent location

I found the front desk staff friendly and professional. The rooms were large and clean. Beds were comfortable. The location is excellent, across the road from ICON Park. I used Uber to get to Universal for just $7. Breakfast staff were very attentive and the food was hot. I also had great chicken wings at the bar!!!

The walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear some noise from the hallway at times. I think better sound insulation would improve the stay. it didn't affect my sleep much.

The room featured two queen beds. This offered ample space for our family and helped us have an very nice night. I enjoyed having a large, clean room, with comfortable beds and fresh linens. I had a very relaxing stay.

The breakfast service was attentive. The food was hot with various options. Clarissa is the best at the bar, always smiling and ready to help!!! The staff were really good. I felt very welcomed and appreciated.

I found breakfast had good value if prepaid during check-in. The room had many functional outlets and a master light switch, VERY convenient. Its location allowed easy walks to many entertainment options and restaurants. I also appreciated the arcade nearby for leisure activities.

I noticed a small, negligible stain on the carpet near the window.
