Guests can build their own parfait with house granola, pecans, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, seasonal berries, whipped cream, and shaved coconut. The restaurant serves rotisserie smoked chicken, BBQ beef brisket, baked beans, potato salad, grilled corn on the cob, and strawberry shortcake. Chef-paired starch and vegetables complement duo plate entrees. Kids 11 and under eat free when ordering from the main menu in any Holiday Inn(R) on-site restaurant.
