The breakfast had many choices. It was also hot and hearty, REALLY. The shuttle bus to the airport was clean and prompt. The driver helped with luggage. The room was adequate with natural light and effective blackout curtains.
There was no hair conditioner available in the shower, and the front desk didn't have any to provide, a minor inconvenience.

I found the staff attentive and friendly. Diana offered such speedy check-in, and she was also very funny! olga at the bar ensured i was comfortable and well looked after the entire time. the rooms included a/c and were decorated nicely. The beds felt comfy too!
the restaurant was short-staffed one night, so it required a little patience from guests.

the breakfast was okay.
The air conditioning in my room didn't work at all, so the room was uncomfortably warm. the room was also small. I barely had enough space to put my luggage. it was difficult to relax and move around freely, so i felt quite cramped .
