i found the staff super friendly. i received very clear directions to get to and from any terminal. the free breakfast the next morning was clutch!!! it included eggs, croissants, sausage, meats, cheese, baguettes, juices, and coffee.

directions from the train station to the hotel were inaccurate, it resulted in a very frustrating transfer.

the location near the airport was acceptable for my early flight.

The room was not properly cleaned. I noticed dust on surfaces. the advertised airport shuttle also required a complicated walk to another terminal. this was not convenient with luggage, and i found the signage to be quite poor, it was not the simple transfer i anticipated.

I found the front desk provided great service and the 24-hour availability was especially helpful. The short, 5-minute walk to the airport shuttle was a major benefit. I appreciated how busy the hotel was, as it created a sense of security. I found the hotel clean, and I acknowledge the great facilities. I am very grateful.

I discovered the food options were somewhat limited. The vending machine offered travel items, yet food choices were minimal. The bar staff could provide a few microwave items. there were not many alternative dining options close by.

The location was REALLY convenient to the airport.

The room lacked basic amenities. There was no mini-fridge for water bottles, and no coffee or tea maker. The shower had a fixed nozzle on the wall, so it shot water straight onto the flimsy shower curtain. It got the whole room wet. (I definitely found this unacceptable.)
