i found the animal area very charming. the location offered easy access using the magic bus. the park surrounding the hotel provided a good stroll. the supermarket nearby was really convenient, about 600 meters away.

i found a great arcade for children. my kids liked it very much. the location was also good, with a convenient shuttle bus to disneyland. it took less than fifteen minutes by bus.

the room size was dissapointing for three adults. my daughter slept in a squeaky bunk bed. the breakfast was same every day during my five day stay. there was no sliced bread for toast.

A Budget Option Near Disneyland, but With Issues

The lack of a kettle in the room was annoying. I had to actually leave my room for hot water. Breakfast was in a separate building, and on checkout day, I was not allowed to sit in the cafe without buying another overpriced drink. Waiting around with nothing to do for two hours before the bus came was not a good use of my time.

The hotel provided a quick resolution when I was initially placed in a double room, they promptly changed it to a room with two single beds as requested. The staff were helpful and friendly during the whole process. The location is quite convenient and made visiting the parks easier. I felt secure walking back from Disneyland one night since the area was well-lit.

The room decor was somewhat basic, however that wasn't a major issue for a short stay.
