The buffet breakfast offered a plentiful selection of food. There was ample seating available, and the staff proved friendly. The hotel's proximity to trams and city shops is convenient.. plus it's only a short walk to markets. I also appreciated the Saint and Rogue restaurant just across the road as I found the food there superb.

The bathroom has a frosted glass partition, which might pose an issue when sharing with someone you do not know well. I found it could benefit from additional privacy measures for such situations.

The hotel has easy access to southern cross station, across the street. I found skybus station access convenient. the staff were consistently friendly and cute which i valued. the complimentary breakfast was substantial and enjoyable. it really set me up for the day.

i booked a family room, but the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan. this resulted in a persistent unpleasant odor throughout my stay which was not ideal.
