noisy heating system lukewarm water
the HEATING system sounded like a constANt disaster. it clanged and banged all night. i suspect the staff knew about the noise. also, there was NOT enough hot water. it was barley lukewarm in the morning.

the breakfast was acceptable it included a decent variety of options
the noise from the street was constant i had trouble sleeping even with earplugs the room was smaller than advertised it felt cramped especially with luggage

mandatory valet high cost
valet parking was like highway robbery. it cost $55 per day. i thought it a bit much especially since there was no self-parking option available. it felt mandatory, even if i wanted to just chill in the room all day.
