Convenient Location, Great Staff
convenient location friendly driver
The location was convenient. I loved the balcony. I could see all the fireworks shows. I walked to Disney Springs a few times for dinner. The room was clean. The daily cleaning service made sure I always had clean towels and plenty of coffee. Most importantly, I felt safe here. The hourly shuttle service to the Disney parks was very convenient. The driver was friendly and professional.

The hotel has a convenient free shuttle service to the Disney parks. I found Disney Springs to be within easy walking distance. I enjoyed a beautiful fireworks view from my balcony at night.
The staff seemed unfriendly when I checked in. I thought they were rude and did not explain the parking well. The holding fees on my cards have not been released yet. This was frustrating after a long day at the park.

the Staff was very friendly at the bar. MARIA and Patrick offered excellent service. There is a bar and restaurant. The restaurant offers a breakfast and food service.
the Bathroom was small with no counter space. I had to put my toiletries on the desk. The bathroom did not have a ceiling fan. The room was very humid after showers.
