the riverfront chalet, i stayed in, felt so beautiful. the staff felt kind. the gardens provided a peaceful atmosphere for quiet reflection. i could spend a very long time there, watching the wildlife from the comfort of my room.
the television did not work . i reported it, but the issue was not resolved before my departure.

the location next to the sabie river allowed views of wildlife. i saw elephants near the riverbank. the gardens were lush, and the grounds were well kept. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially in directing me to good viewing spots.
my room was a bit far from the main building, requiring a longer walk for meals

The location is convenient with easy access to Kruger National Park. The breakfast had a good variety (especially the fruit selection!). I also liked the layout of the grounds, and the river view was a nice addition.
The road nearby was a little noisy. The Wi-Fi was unreliable in certain areas (the signal was quite weak).

A Charmed Experience

I really loved the location close to Kruger. seeing hippos was special. Breakfast had so many choices, and the staff happily packed breakfasts for our early start. Staff members were really helpful! even before we asked, they offered advice. The hotel was very good!

the grounds were beautiful. i especially liked the mass plantings. the food was carefully prepared and delicious. my river view chalet gave me that absolute africa feeling.
the breakfast options were very basic. i found them super boring. the water looked brown , so it made me a little uneasy. the room cleaning seemed a bit substandard.
