The breakfast buffet featured a variety of options. I especially liked the local cheeses. Room service was very quick. The caesar salad I ordered was amazing.
The front desk staff did not seem too helpful. They seemed bothered by our tour group. The air conditioning in the room did not work well. I was advised to open a window (which wasn't ideal).

ivan at the reception was helpful. he arranged complimentary breakfast and access to the executive lounge. the hotel offers comfortable rooms and maintains high cleanliness standards. the spa facilities provide a relaxing experience.
i noticed a limited selection of drinks at the sky bar (though this was minor).
