underwhelming stay
disorganized staffuncleaned room
the check-in process was a mess. i waited an unreasonable amount of time (almost an hour) just to get my room. the front desk staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in resolving the issue. my room wasn't properly cleaned upon arrival, i found some lingering trash left by the previous guest. it set a bad tone for the rest of my stay.

Really good Stay!
metro accessreally good servicevaried selection
The location was convenient, near Union Station and a metro line! The staff, especially Paul at the front desk, provided really good service and catered to my needs with politeness. I was really impressed by the restaurant. The lunch and dinner selections had variety and everything I tried tasted great.
the price for the bottled water in the room seemed a bit excessive.

My king room offered generous space. I found it very clean and quiet despite being near the city center! Plenty of towels were provided, and I loved the good water pressure in the shower. A refrigerator, microwave, and safe are included.

Every staff member I encountered was polite and helpful. I especially appreciated the quick check-in and check-out processes! Paul really stood out. He addressed my questions and needs with a warm and helpful attitude.

The fitness center provided an excellent space for daily workouts! The hotel location allows easy access to a full grocery store on the same block and a chain drugstore across the street. Valet parking was also available and excellent.
