I appreciated the prompt and free airport shuttle. It runs frequently. My room had a useful microwave and a small refrigerator. The hotel provides fast, reliable Wi-Fi service at no extra charge. I had no connectivity problems. I liked that the restaurant was right in the lobby. It was convenient after a long day of travel.
The gym was a bit limited. It only had a few free weights.

A Mixed Bag of Experiences
missing towelsmissed cleaning
The room I booked for four only had two towels. When I asked for more, they never arrived. I requested room cleaning when I left in the morning, but it was not done upon my return that evening. I had to complain again to get towels and report the missed cleaning.
