Hilton Anatole's spacious rooms include a sitting area and Hilton Serenity beds. Each suite provides air conditioning, tea and coffee-making facilities, a safe deposit box, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Some double rooms feature a microwave and views of Dallas. Select rooms on higher floors offer views of Dallas, Anatole Park, or JadeWaters. For fitness, each room includes a Gym Rax(TM) storage bay with accessories for strength, suspension, body weight, core, yoga, HIIT, meditation, and family fitness.

Dining Options

Media Grill + Bar offers an All-American Breakfast with two eggs cooked to order, breakfast potatoes, choice of protein, toast, coffee, and juice. The Anatole's team of culinary leaders prepares Texas barbecue and Moroccan-style lamb. SER offers handcrafted cocktails, a wine cellar, and curated selections of whiskey, bourbon, and rye. The SER Culinary Team hand-selects USDA Prime beef, American Texas Wagyu, bison, game hens, and pork. A gourmet grab-and-go market serves espresso, breakfast and lunch items, hot sandwiches, fresh fruit, energy drinks, soup, and salads. Dining is available poolside or in a private cabana. Media Grill & Bar is a place to meet for drinks and watch sports. Extensive wine cellar houses 350 varietals including Quintessa, Harlan Estate, Caymus, Opus One, and St Supery.

Guests can discover V Spa, the Verandah Health Club, the JadeWaters resort pool complex, and a private Sculpture Park. The outdoor pool complex includes a lazy river, two waterslides, a swim-up bar, Leisure Cove, kid splash pad, cabana rentals, family activities, and JadeWaters Bar & Grill. JadeWaters features a 7,000 square-foot beach-entry pool, activity pool with play areas, two water slides, and a 360-foot lazy river. The pool includes an adults-only section and swim-up bar.
