Lower-level rooms have two exits: one to the interior corridor and another directly to the outdoors. Some rooms feature tile floors with accent rugs. All rooms include memory foam mattresses, luxury linens and towels, and reading lights. There is a bunkbed room with a full-sized bed on the bottom and a twin-sized bed on top, along with a private bathroom separated by a curtain. Accessible bathrooms are available with turning space, a transfer shower with grab bars, a seat, and handheld shower nozzles. The beds depend on the specific room type. Each air-conditioned double room includes a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a private bathroom. The unit offers 1 bed.

Motorcycle parking is available on 18th Street, near Pizza Mart, with a 12-hour limit. Street parking is first-come, first-served, with metered and unmetered options. The Colonial Parking Garage is nearby. To get to the garage at 1345 Park Road NW, it is a 3 minute walk.
