Rustic Rooms

The Hewing Hotel offers 124 rooms and 14 suites. The Hewing King room features luxury linens, a SERTA Sapphire mattress, down duvet, and hypo-allergenic pillows. A rainfall showerhead, Grown Alchemist bath products, bathrobes, and a hairdryer are included in the private bathroom. The Loft King rooms feature exposed brick and beamed ceilings, with a bathroom near the entrance and steps up to the bedroom. The George Henry Suite features Downtown Minneapolis views, a living space with a pullout couch, and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Pet-friendly rooms are available. Each room includes a flat-screen HDTV, Bluetooth clock radio, custom-built closet, work desk, free Wi-Fi, climate control, and an electronic safe.

Dining Options

Tullibee, the hotel restaurant, features a menu inspired by Nordic traditions, foraging, butchery, and fermentation. It serves small bites and rustic entrees. The Hewing Bar & Lounge offers a cocktail program. Tullibee services not only the main dining room, but also the ballroom, meeting spaces, and private dining room.
