All rooms include ironing facilities, heating, a sitting area, a terrace, soundproofed rooms, free toiletries, an AM/FM alarm clock, a flat-screen TV, and carpeted floors. For your comfort, the room offers a double bed with an extra bed or two extra beds.

The hotel has its own restaurant, a café, and the renowned "Hexenkeller" pub. International meals and Hochsauerland specialties are served in the Hessenkeller beer cellar and beer garden.
