Highlights
Location: upper end of Winterberg's strolling and shopping mile
Dining: fresh and rich breakfast buffet
Wellness: Finnish sauna and bio sauna
Adventure: 16 hiking trails nearby
“Hotel Schneider strikes a compelling balance: it's quietly situated, yet a short walk puts you among Winterberg's shops and restaurants; plus, the family-run approach adds a personal touch to the service. I appreciate that the wellness area, including saunas, is available without extra fees, and a hearty breakfast fuels days on nearby ski slopes. In my view, it's a solid base for exploring the Sauerland.”
