Hotel Hermitage provides three restaurants. The Hermitage Restaurant serves Italian cuisine and wines. La Ghiotta is an informal beachside option, and Il Fuoco di Bosco is a poolside restaurant with live music. Fuoco di Bosco offers fish, grill, pizza, and vegetarian menus for lunch and Saturday evenings during summer. Breakfast includes cakes, yogurts, fruit, cheese, cold cuts, and a chef preparing eggs and omelets.
Leisure and Wellness

A pathway surrounded by palms and Mediterranean plants leads to the hotel's main building.
