Fantastic Stay in the City Center

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom had good water pressure. Staff members Nadia, Alisha, Sana, and Bilal were friendly. The bed was comfortable.
The gym needed more equipment.

Mixed Feelings About This Hotel Stay

The temperature control in my room was a major problem. The air conditioning seemed stuck at a chilly 21.5°C. I contacted the reception to adjust it, but it didn't help. A technician came and also couldn't raise the temperature. Consequently, I was quite cold during the entire stay and the malfunctioning hairdryer was not helpful either.

the theme park tickets sold at the hotel made planning easier. a free shuttle service ran to the amusement parks. the timing of the service at 12:00 pm for departure and 6:30 pm for pickup worked perfectly. breakfast was affordable and offered many options.
the room air conditioning defaulted to a temperature i found too cold.

the staff was very cute. the rooms were big, and the bed was comfortable! the hotel is close to anything you need in walking distance. i got an upgrade, so i was very happy!
the hotel is okay, but the big problem is the noise from the nightclub. i asked for a high floor and was placed on the 9th, but i could still hear it until 3am. it really disrupted my sleep.
