Haven Montauk offers rooms ranging from traditional rooms to Studios, One-Bedroom, or Two-Bedroom Apartments. The apartments include kitchenettes. All guestrooms feature A/C, cable television, free Wi-Fi, mini refrigerators, and coffee set-up upon request. Rooms provide comforts such as premium bedding and air conditioning, along with complimentary bottled water. Some rooms feature views of the ocean. Each room is fitted with a TV and a wardrobe. Apartments have a private entrance, living room, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a bath and a shower. They feature parquet floors, seating area with a flat-screen TV, an electric kettle, and a sofa. Bathrooms are fairly small. Décor features a white color scheme with bright pops of color like turquoise cushions or cerise towels. Furnishings include white Ikea-style contemporary furniture, complemented by mod circle chairs with faux-fur throws.
