Cranmore Inn offers two apartments and 18 guest rooms on three floors. All rooms include private bathrooms and air conditioning. Room choices range from a modern two bedroom kitchen unit in the main Inn on the second floor to deluxe over size rooms with a sliding door with deck looking out to the backyard. Apartments feature a seasonal gas heating stove, two flat-screen TVs, and a modern kitchen. Some rooms feature a sliding door with a balcony overlooking the backyard and hot tub. The modern two bedroom kitchen unit features a full kitchen with dishwasher and stainless steel appliances, two balconies, a living room with a queen sleep sofa, a private bathroom with shower, flat screen TVs, and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a King bed and the other has a Queen bed. Suites include a King bed and an in-room spa tub, or a twin trundle bed with a cozy sitting area.

Cranmore Inn serves complimentary breakfast each morning and afternoon treats. Cafe Italia, at the heart of Cranmore Inn, features an espresso machine, sweets, cakes, sandwiches, and Italian landscapes. Main Street offers restaurants within a short walk.
