All rates are for 2 people per room; each additional person over the age of 12 is $15 per night. Beach towels are not provided. Guests must be 25 to register and occupy the room. Unregistered guests are not allowed on the property. A deposit is required by cash, check, or money order; checks are not accepted at check-in. Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. This is a non-smoking property, including vaping; a $250 cleaning fee will be assessed for any smoking on the grounds or in rooms. Quiet hours are after 10 PM. Any changes or cancellations made outside 7 days of arrival.
