The hotel was a short walk from the train station, about ten minutes. i had a five-minute walk to my event. my room had good value. It was a painless process. the staff seemed very friendly.

this sometimes caused minor disruptions during the day, but it wasn't too bad.

The hotel had plenty of parking. the reception staff were very pleasant and efficient, made check-in smooth. the room was excellent. It included two great-sized beds. everything i needed was in the room.

the only very minor issue was that the breakfast options were exactly the same each day.

the staff was relatively helpful and pleasant, which i guess is something.

i asked for a mobility room, but the bed? so small! when i asked to switch to a room with a bigger bed, there wasnt any room to move around. i use oxygen while sleeping, i did explain it to the receptionist, but the room just wasn't adequate. i couldnt use my machine, so i was sick the next day and had to see a doctor, lovely.

The reception staff were professional. They were genuinely warm and cute. The room was super clean. It even smelt fresh. The shower was beautiful. The provided toiletries were good quality bath sheets. The bed was absolute perfection. The breakfast was a little sparse. What I had was excellent. I would gladly stay another night. It is a beautiful hotel.
