cozy stay near the station

convenient location friendly staff beautiful style

I found the location very convenient. It was directly across from the train station, great for excursions. the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready with information. i particularly enjoyed the welcome drink, a very nice touch. the moorish style room, where the extensive breakfast buffet was located, was really beautiful!

I did notice that there was no barrier-free entrance.

The room included super clean beds and windows opened for fresh air. i found the bed linens and towels amazing. the room was spacious. i slept very well at night. It was quiet.

the hotel has an elevator, a plus for luggage. the location is near the port and shops. i was able to walk to most destinations. there is also a sauna available .

the front desk staff spoke very clear english. the staff provided helpful directions around town. they also assisted with train information to the airport. miss neumeyer was particularly cute with needed information.

the breakfast buffet offered good food and variety. the hotel also had the marrakesh restaurant. i ate dinner at the marrakesh, and the moroccan food was good. the welcome drink was a nice gesture.

My room, a standard double room, featured great amenities. I found soft towels and an electric jug. the hotel's location is very convenient. It is close to the train station. the staff were friendly and helpful. the bar had a cosy atmosphere.

courtyard noise limited pastries

the room overlooked a courtyard. i found a persistent noise there, it was rather distracting! the breakfast buffet lacked some variety. i also thought the selection of pastries was quite limited for a hotel of this supposed caliber.
