the staff were nice. they were helpful when we asked for directions.

the room felt basic. there was a strange smell of disinfectant throughout the hotel, it was quite off-putting. the rooftop pool was tiny and someone was smoking marijuana nearby, a very unpleasant experience.

The breakfast offered many choices and the food tasted fresh. I found the location excellent with many restaurants nearby. The staff was very helpful and provided quick service.

the staff showed many restaurant recommendations on a map. they also had very good recommendations. the location was perfect for walking.

the receptionist was slow during check-in. our room ran out of shower gel. the kettle was broken in our room.

the location is central and convenient i could easily reach many attractions the staff were helpful and polite. breakfast offered a good variety of options.

the room i had was quite small lacking sufficient space for luggage the noise from the street was noticeable even with the windows closed the elevator was slow and sometimes unreliable causing delays.
