underwhelming stay

disinfectant smell tiny rooftop pool

the staff were nice. they were helpful when we asked for directions.

the room felt basic. there was a strange smell of disinfectant throughout the hotel, it was quite off-putting. the rooftop pool was tiny and someone was smoking marijuana nearby, a very unpleasant experience.

The breakfast offered many choices and the food tasted fresh. I found the location excellent with many restaurants nearby. The staff was very helpful and provided quick service.

The shower was messy and water splashed easily. I could hear noises from neighbors through the walls. The TV was not working .

The staff helped with luggage when I arrived. This was acceptable.

central location helpful staff efficient air conditioning small room street noise slow elevator

the location is central and convenient i could easily reach many attractions the staff were helpful and polite. breakfast offered a good variety of options.

the room i had was quite small lacking sufficient space for luggage the noise from the street was noticeable even with the windows closed the elevator was slow and sometimes unreliable causing delays.
