helpful receptionist tasty food
The hotel location is great and the staff are very nice. Ladislav, the receptionist, was especially helpful and funny. i also enjoyed the beautiful views from the hotel and tasty food available in the restaurant. i will be coming back again soon.
I noticed the wellness area loungers are uncomfortable since they lack padding. This made relaxing less enjoyable. the pool depth is shallow, unsuitable for swimming. i hope they address these issues soon.

historic heritage spacious hot tub convenient location
The hotel preserved its historic heritage. I felt set back into more glamorous times without the menaces of the 2020s. The spa area includes a pool bar, heated pools and a spacious hot tub. The location is right next to the cable car to Hrebienok.
Parking costs 10 eur per day on hotel parking, a charge I have never encountered before.

large selection perfect location
The breakfast offered a large selection of food. the hotel's location proved perfect, easily accessible and close to everything i needed. the bed in my room was comfortable. I slept very well. the staff members were always polite and ready to assist.
the parking fee of 10 eur per day felt excessive. i didn't expect to pay so much for on-site parking.

the wellness center provided several types of saunas and massages. the bar terrace offered a view, a grand piano was situated inside the bar area, and several seating areas are available.
