Excellent Hotel Experience

the reception staff communicated fluently. özgür demir assisted us greatly, he ensured we were satisfied with available resources. his kindness was commendable.. the lobby was spacious, furnished with many sofas, chairs, and tables. the wifi in the lobby was reliable and fast.
the breakfast was average, i found most of the options quite oily.

The reception staff was very helpful. Mohammad assisted with airport transportation and even shared a joke during check-in! check-out was quick and efficient. Everyone was very polite and helpful. the room was clean and had all listed facilities, a relief, and it.
The wireless connection in my room had some issues. It was not always reliable, a bit inconvenient, specially when i needed to work or plan my day effectively.

My standard twin room included two separate beds and a small desk. It looked renovated and it was super clean. the room had all the standard amenities. I got proper rest, so that was important to me.

Breakfast provided a good start to the day, even though i suggest heading early to secure the best options. there was a reasonable selection of items, but some popular dishes were running out by 9 am.

The reception staff deserves praise. Mohammad was great, assisting with transport and sharing jokes. generally, all staff were helpful and kind. They provided a smooth and quick experience.

Nourhan at the reception was AMAZING!!! She was very kind and helpful . All the reception staff were professional and tried their best to solve any issues. Mr Turgut, Mr Tolunay and Mr Ishak were helpful to me. Cleaners came daily and refreshed the room. They did an excellent job.
The wireless connection in my room wasn't working well. I could not use my personal computer, because the connection was unstable. The hotel could have provided a better wireless connection for business travellers.

The hotel's proximity to the bus station made travel simple. It was about a ten minute walk. i appreciated the well-equipped room. It contained everything i needed. the staff consistently demonstrated excellent communication skills. mohammed was helpful. He even let me borrow his charger at 3am..
I found that the gym equipment could use some updating. Two of the three treadmills were out of service.

The hotel features a gym, a pool, and a spa, all open until late. This is very convenient. valet parking is available directly in front of the hotel. This service is very efficient. a restaurant next door stays open late, a plus for night owls.

The hotel is close to the Esenler Bus Station. This location was convenient for my travel plans. Batuhan was helpful during check-in. Nurhan accommodated my request to store my luggage. This was appreciated.
I noticed the swimming pool area needed some tidying. Some staff could benefit from English lessons.
