Excellent hotel with superb service
polite staff delicious options convenient location access tickets
The hotel staff was very polite, especially during breakfast and dinner. I found delicious options during breakfast, including free access to the spa (a great way to start the day!). The location allowed walking to the cable cars, a very convenient thing. The hotel provides access to waterparks and cable car tickets.

Breakfast included many options, with fresh pastries and local fruit. Dinner service had a varied buffet. It was a pleasant experience. (The desserts were really GOOD!).

The hotel offered both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, as well as a jacuzzi. The architecture is beautiful. Good parking on site added to the convenience.

the breakfast was great. it had a beautiful room with classic music. i loved the outdoor warm pool (it exceeded my expectations!).
the room i stayed in was very small for what i needed. the staff wasn't bothered about some issues. the spa was often messy and slippery.
