fantastic cottage stay!
helpful front desk attentive bartenders clean areas
I loved the entertainment! the team kept us all entertained. the front desk was helpful. They answered all my questions. the bartenders were quite attentive. I never waited long for a drink. the waiters and waitresses ensured we were served and comfortable. gardeners kept the areas well manicured and very clean.
i noticed that the beach front could use a small refresh.

my cottage garden view room included a king-sized bed with fresh linens. there was also a mini-fridge stocked with water and juice. the bathroom included a rainfall shower and toiletries.

the hotel is on the coast! i walked to a nearby shopping center in about 15 minutes. taxis are readily available just outside the main entrance, giving you easy access to regional attractions.

I am grateful. My stay feature a beautiful beach and I saw it kept clean. I enjoyed the pool area too. I had a beach front bungalow. I found it very clean.
The pathway to the hotel does take away from the safety of this place.

The bungalow featured a spacious layout. I appreciated the attention to cleanliness. The room included a king-size bed. It also include a private balcony with direct access to the beach.

The hotel has two large swimming pools. I noticed a tennis court for guest use. The gym has three treadmills. I appreciated the availability of water sports equipment directly on the beach.

flavorful chicken friendly bartenders
The on-site restaurant provided diverse food options. i particularly enjoyed the jerk chicken. It was flavorful. the staff was really friendly (especially the bartenders!), and their service greatly enhanced my experience.

private beach friendly staff
My visit was charmed. the staff were friendly and the location was very good. the private beach provided a relaxing space, i found a lot of peace there. i must say, i enjoyed my stay overall. It was an enjoyable experience.
the phone in my room did not work. it made contacting the front desk inconvenient. i hope they fix it soon .

mixed experience demands improvement
underwhelming food overworked staff
the food was underwhelming. i found a concerning lack of jamaican flavors. i observed the staff seemed overworked. there was a palpable absence of pride in their service. the rooms felt quite outdated. i found the overall experience disappointing.

Relaxing Stay with Excellent Service
medical attention service standards spacious rooms
the operation manager, mr lewis, showed respect and offered support during an incident involving my son he also ensured proper medical attention and followed up on his recovery several staff members assisted during my son's incident the housekeepers maintained the rooms according to the hotel's stated service standards. we had three rooms and each one was spacious and clean.
i noticed that the beach diner was sometimes closed it would have been nice if it was open more regularly.

fantastic stay!
attentive bartenders immaculate areas
the entertainment team kept me entertained with lots of energy. the front desk staff was helpful and responsive to all requests. i really liked how attentive the bartenders were, always quick with a drink! the gardeners ensured the areas were immaculate.
