Grand Montana offers 50 apartments including studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Apartments range from 65 to 70 m² (one-bedroom) and 95 to 120 m² (two-bedroom). All apartments feature air conditioning/heating, a TV, a telephone, a safe, a kitchenette, a fridge, and a hairdryer. They also include electric cookers, microwaves, DVDs, and anti-smoke protection. Bathrooms are equipped with showers and free toiletries. One-bedroom apartments accommodate two adults, with an option for two additional guests on a folding sofa bed. Two-bedroom apartments accommodate four adults, with options for three additional guests on extra beds. Some rooms feature a balcony, sitting area, in-room safe, dining table, and patio with city, garden, or mountain views. Note that extra beds are not available in studio apartments.

The onsite Restaurant serves buffet meals for a minimum of 20 guests. À la carte local food options are available for breakfast and dinner. The hotel features a lobby bar and a coffee shop/cafe. Packed breakfasts are also available.

Grand Montana is located in the most prestigious area of Bansko, opposite the super luxury Hotel Lion and 200 km from Sofia. It is less than 5 minutes walk from the Gondola lift. Landmarks nearby include the Ice Rink (0.3 km), Pirin Street (0.5 km), and the Tourist Information Centre (1 km). The lift to the ski area is 550m from the complex.
