The Grand Hotel's in-house Primo Restaurant features Minot's largest steak selection, classic American heartland fare, plus fresh twists on Italian cuisine. Primo Restaurant is open Sunday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM and Tuesday to Saturday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The bar is open Monday to Saturday.
