Fine Dining Restaurant
The Grand Hotel's in-house Primo Restaurant features Minot's largest steak selection, classic American heartland fare, plus fresh twists on Italian cuisine. Primo Restaurant is open Sunday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM and Tuesday to Saturday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The bar is open Monday to Saturday. The Luxe Lounge features appetizers, signature beverages, and single malt Scotches. Guests can have a three-egg omelet made the way they like it with a choice of toast or hashbrowns, or order two poached eggs on top of Canadian bacon on a toasted English muffin topped with hollandaise sauce.
