The staff offered helpful service. Ammara was very friendly. The hotel location allowed easy access to different areas. Breakfast included a very reasonable buffet.
My room did not have tissues. When I requested them, I received a toilet roll. The toilet seat shank was malfunctioning and needed repair.

i had some issues. the air conditioning in my room was not effective. the temperature remained too warm for comfort. also, the breakfast selection became repetitive after a few days. there was not enough variety and it felt monotonous. the same dishes were presented daily, not exciting.

I found the staff helpful! especially amara, asif, and kareem assisted us with everything we needed. they accepted our late check-out request when we were leaving. they even gave us a room so my daughter could rest when she was sick after we checked out. It was free!
There wasn't an elevator from the ground floor to the hotel lobby. it required climbing stairs with heavy suitcases. That was challenging.

the staff offered complimentary coffee upon arrival, a very nice touch. my room included a good minibar and hot water. the front desk reception was friendly. i appreciated the money exchange right in the front of the building.

the relation officer was kind, enquiring about my comfort throughout my stay. they ensured my stay was comfortable. the front desk manager was courteous and very helpful guiding me on transportation options and even installed a ride-hailing app for me. the service was AMAZING!!!
