the staff was attentive to requests with a sense of urgency.
the onsen required an extra fee, even for hotel guests and this was a disappointment since i was expecting it as a standard amenity.

fantastic hotel, a nice stay!
tuk-tuk service breakfast buffet executive suite
the tuk-tuk service to the bts station was convenient. the breakfast buffet had many quality options. my room was a great executive suite. the onsen was super, it was clean with friendly staff and so relaxing!!!
the gym had a big area, but it did not have much in it. it could be a disappointment if it was busy. most of the equipment would be utilized.

this hotel offers a free shuttle to the nearby bts station. it is very convenient. coffee shops and restaurants are all around. this made getting around and finding places to eat easy.

the outdoor pool included a sauna and jacuzzi. i found these amenities relaxing. the hotel offered complimentary thai tea in the reception area. there was also an onsen that was well kept.

spacious room gorgeous finish helpful staff
i have been staying here because it feels like a luxurious home. the rooms are spacious and well kept. the pool, fitness center, and hotel finishings are gorgeous. the location is unbeatable, and a shuttle to the bts station exists. the staff is helpful and offers late checkout when possible. i accidentally left items in the room, but they had them neatly bagged for pickup.
the cleaning service woke me up every morning. his phone did not silence, ridiculous considering the money spent. i would still recommend it, but it was an annoying experience.

the breakfast buffet offers many choices to its guests, ensuring everyone finds something to enjoy. there is a machine for coffee available much of the day. the hotel provides a free minibar with water, soda, and chips.

the location offers proximity to amazing restaurants. there are even some michelin star restaurants nearby. a little shopping mall is near. there is a pharmacy. the hotel offers a free shuttle service to the train station too.

room decoration delicious options alcohol-free hotel disappointing curry
The hotel had decorated our room in celebration of my girlfriend's birthday. It was a great touch. the breakfast had plenty of delicious options catering for all types of guests. the staff were amazing and could not do enough for you. They arranged our tickets to watch muay thai boxing at the national arena at short notice.
The hotel is completely alcohol-free. There is no bar on-site. It felt unexpected for a hotel marketed as 5-star. i purchased wine from a grocery store and ordered what turned out to be a disappointing green curry from room service.
