Options range from the Chef's Menu based on French-classic cuisine to an à la carte menu featuring oysters, meat, smoked salmon, and a cheese board from Kaashandel de Brink. A fish plate (Fruits de Mer) is available, including garlic fried prawns and tuna sashimi. The restaurant is open Monday to Sunday, with dinner starting at 5:30 PM. The restaurant's wine list changes several times a year.
