The room was quite spacious for accommodations. The bathroom had a nice bidet. The subway was only a short walk away.

The receptionist was not very helpful. The room was small. It was not allowed to take food out from the restaurant so I could not get a breakfast box.

central location calm area palace gardens view small rooms limited choices stuffy room

the location was pretty good. it was central, so visiting different neighborhoods was convenient. the area felt calm and safe (near the imperial palace). the room offered an amazing view of the palace gardens.

i found the rooms quite small for two people with two suitcases. there were only three breakfast options available (very limited choices). there were no windows that open in the room, so it got really stuffy.

i appreciated the proximity to the subway and the imperial palace. i found it easy to get around the city from there. the staff helped with storing my luggage before check-in and brought it to my room. the area felt quiet and safe, which i liked.

the receptionist seemed a little annoyed when i checked out later than the scheduled time. i did not like that.

My experience was acceptable , but not without its issues. I found the lack of gym or pool facilities disappointing. The early check-out time of 10:00 AM felt particularly inconvenient for my schedule. The room felt smaller than expected , given the hotel's overall rating.

my room included a shoe horn! it was a nice touch. i also found easy access to varied eateries. the location allowed quiet access to tourist attractions.

The check out time this hotel has is 10:00am. I found that early.

The bedroom was SO small. Not enough space for my things. The bathroom was EVEN smaller. It got really hot with the shower ON! I think this hotel needs larger rooms.
