The Bistro serves globally-inspired, locally-sourced cuisine and features an eclectic wine collection. Signature dishes and carefully crafted prix fixe menus are available. Weekend Brunch includes items such as The Granada, Ambrosia, and Heirloom Tomato. Specialty Mimosas, the Botany, and Granada Michelada are available. Nightcap, the hotel's cocktail lounge, offers craft cocktails and artisanal spirits in a speakeasy-like setting. Catering from Bistro is available for events. Weekly specials include Fried Chicken Monday, served from 5pm until sold out, and Wine Wednesday, with half-off all wine bottles all night long.
