the restaurant staff were attentive. the head waiter shared some funny stories.

The mattresses were hard as nails. i woke up with a sore back every morning. the cleaners missed cleaning our room a couple of times. I even had to ask for toilet paper at reception. It felt pretty cheap.

The staff were friendly. I found the bar area quite lively.

The room wasn't great. I found the beds REALLY uncomfortable. The bathroom seemed mouldy, and the floors looked dirty. The hotel looks VERY tired. I noticed broken fences and dead plants.

The staff was very friendly. They quickly added a mattress topper to make my bed softer. I appreciated their prompt service! The hotel is very clean. The food offered a wide variety, made meal times interesting. I enjoyed my stay here.

The pool was too deep for many guests. Even my 6ft husband could not stand in the pool. Our swimwear turned yellow because of the pool, not ideal.

The room was equipped with a kettle, also a mini fridge and a small freezer, useful. The bathroom had a shower. It had no door! A drain in the floor helped after each shower.

There is one small adult pool, that is far too deep. A small kids pool is near the adult pool. It allowed parents to watch children from the sunbeds. That was a plus.

Breakfast stops at 10 AM. There is a late breakfast from 10 to 11 AM. It is only toast. Lunch ends at 2:30 PM and dinner starts at 7:30 PM. A snack would be great.

the staff were so friendly and always ready to help. the food offered good variety with many options for each meal. the location suited me well with a rocky beach right in front and a sandy beach a short walk away that i found convenient.

the pool was deep and didn't seem very clean at times i found it a bit murky towards the end of my holiday

the staff are a real asset at this hotel as they work hard to ensure guests are happy. the receptionists, restaurant staff, and the entertainment team all go above and beyond making my holiday more enjoyable.
