i found the staff helpful with bus routes. they made sure i had what i needed in my room. breakfast included hot food and a nice variety. i slept well as the neighborhood was quiet.

the air conditioner could not be turned off. the room remained cold all night. i could not adjust the temperature!

The room was smaller than i anticipated. also, the plumbing wasn't great. The shower drain was slow, and the water pressure fluctuated. this made showering less enjoyable than it should have been.

The hotel's location was great. It was within walking distance to the port (making it easy for my early ferry departure). mike at the front desk gave me good recommendations for the area. the included breakfast was a nice touch and offered sufficient options. the staff also held our bags after checkout, great to tour around until our flight.

the room lacked slippers, a shaving kit, and a dental kit, which i found surprising, but it's easily managed with proper packing.

i loved the staff, they helped me arrange a car rental right to the hotel, and it really made things easy. the location is perfect. it is near the port and has lots of restaurants. breakfast was delicious and had many choices!

the noise insulation was not great. i could hear a loud family next door.
