The sleep was comfortable. the staff was very polite. the bathrooms were quite lovely. i appreciated the quiet atmosphere. I really needed rest.

The toilet and bathroom by the room needed to be cleaner. there were dirty marks all over the wall. the bed was uncomfortable. It kept me awake most of the night.

my stay felt so peaceful because the staff was really friendly. i like the shops around there, so handy for grabbing anything you need. its great they have places like the post office close by too.

i think the cleanliness of my room needed a bit more attention when i arrived. there was slight dust on the furniture and the floor did not look hoovered.

my room had comfortable beds and a good amount of space for luggage. i notice there was fresh linen provided, i like that the room include basic amenities such as tea and coffee. the room windows let in plenty of natural light.

i did not get food directly at the hotel, but there are so many restaurants and cafes are nearby. plenty of options are a short walk, a nice option for dinner and snacks. i found a lovely cafe, and the options were numerous.

the receptionist was always smiling and ready to help with information. when i ask something, he gave clear directions and advice. he was very professional and very nice, i think it is important. i feel so welcomed there.
