complicated check-inelevator noise
the check-in process was needlessly complicated it took forever to complete all the paperwork i REALLY don't understand the excessive bureaucracy also my room faced the elevators the noise from the machinery was quite annoying i could hear it constantly throughout the day and night it disrupted my sleep and made it difficult to relax. the breakfast buffet was ok but nothing special pretty underwhelming for a hotel in this price range.

amazing locationguided tours
I found the location amazing! many attractions were within walking distance. i was able to book really good guided tours by car. It let me explore the area! this is something i recommend. i felt really confident.
i found the check-in formalitites quite cumbersome.

i appreciated the prompt room service when i needed something. the location was really great, very close to prominent landmarks! the staff was friendly and ready to help, which i appreciated.

The staff was friendly and VERY helpful!!! The location is convenient for seeing lots nearby!!! The room was clean. I found it very nice and spacious. Plenty of water and toiletries were provided!!!
The breakfast was basic. Some options ran out a bit early.

loud musiclimited selection
honestly, the noise was a real problem. a club downstairs played loud music late. the staff moved me, but it didn't help much as the bass still vibrated through the walls. also, the breakfast selection felt pretty limited, especially for the price.
