I found secured parking. The room was HUGE. It was good for families! The staff was ALWAYS great and ready to help. I REALLY liked this.
Street noise was significant. The old windows did not adequately block outside sounds. Hearing people walk and talk was VERY noticeable. Ambulances were audible late into the night.

Breakfast included many options, ALL continental-style and filling. I saw various choices with sweets. The breakfast is worth the cost, REALLY enjoyable.

The hotel is CLOSE to a bus stop. The M1 metro station is about 10 minutes away. You can quickly get to Cathedral Square from there. Getting around the city is EASY.

The bathroom had nice AMENITIES and a nice design. Cleanliness, simplicity, and good taste characterized the room. I found extra blankets in the closet. Towels were fresh and abundant.

missing itemthin walls
The housekeeping staff entered my room despite the do-not-disturb sign. Even worse, a personal item, a gift from my family, went missing. Reception offered only excuses and never contacted the manager, despite assurances. No refund was offered and staff just seemed to wait for me to leave. Walls are thin so corridor noise is quite noticeable.

The room was clean. That met my basic expectations.
The bathroom had a problem. the shower hose was leaking, so the floor was constantly wet. also, the sound insulation wasn't good. I heard street noise at night, and that disturbed my sleep.

lot of spacemissing itemno manager
the room had a lot of space, this helped with storing our luggage.
i found that housekeepers entered my room even with the sign on the door. worst of all, a personal item was missing, a gift from my family. the receptionists offered only excuses instead of solving the issue, and never called a manager.
