the breakfast choice was good.

The air conditioning was not working correctly. It barely cooled the room. i reported it, but nothing improved. it made sleeping difficult.

the breakfast selection was excellent it offered so many choices i found delicious options easily. the location is super convenient you are so close to shops and restaurants. i had a jacuzzi spa suite it had a jacuzzi and was sparkling clean.

the gym is a little small it could use more equipment.

the staff was very friendly starting with the concierge and check-in staff. the location is also very close to many things. i really liked that the pool area was quite nice..

the floor was too hard and not what i expected. i found the photos and reviews were not entirely accurate. it's next to a few shops.. not really a mall.

i loved the pool area , it was really spacious! the finger bar served amazing cocktails during happy hour , i had to try them all. the location was superb , so many shops and bars are close by!

the floor in my room was quite hard , it felt a bit like a 3-star experience , not what i expected. also , the staff didn't smile much after check-in , i missed that warm thai greeting.

convenient location shopping center nice jacuzzi hard floor lower rating inaccurate photo

the location is super convenient. it's close to a shopping center, I could walk there in just two minutes! the swimming pool was really nice, and it even had a jacuzzi.

the floor in my room was too hard, which wasn't ideal. i felt the hotel should be rated lower than its current rating. the photos and reviews i saw online seemed inaccurate when i arrived.
