“This hotel has prime location and is clearly designed to welcome large groups, and though some aspects feel dated, its spaciousness is remarkable. Its event facilities stand out, making it a practical choice for business travelers, while the lush gardens offer a family-friendly respite. However, the service needs to catch up to the hotel's physical attributes.”
