The Galt House Hotel offers four dining destinations. SWIZZLE, a revolving restaurant on the 25th floor of the West Tower, serves prime steaks and cocktails. WALKER'S EXCHANGE is an American brasserie that serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch. DOWN ONE BOURBON BAR is a Bourbon Bar that features quick bites and appetizers.
