I adored my room! It included a first-floor sliding door that led straight to the pool. I also really enjoyed the rooftop cafe! It had a wide variety of tasty breakfast foods. The hotel's location was super convenient to other shops and restaurants.

I encountered a few issues . The shower tap in my room didn't work properly. It took a long time to get hot water, and then the tap wouldn't turn off. The air conditioning wasn't cold enough and started leaking water all over the floor. I also tried to order room service through the app, but I learned it wasn't working.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. i was able to get two keys for my room which was very convenient for me. housekeeping came around daily and kept everything clean (i especially liked that). the room was calm and quiet, i had no disturbances at all.

the walls and rooms seem thin. it was easy to hear other guests from another room.
