One-Bedroom Premier Resort Residences, located on the top floors, include two private balconies. The One-Bedroom Resort Residence offers a fireplace and a private balcony. Superior Guest Rooms feature seating, a kitchenette, and views of Batiquitos Lagoon, Aviara Golf Course, or the foothills. Superior Accessible Guest Rooms also offer seating, a kitchenette, and views of Batiquitos Lagoon. Each room has a terrace, seating area with a sofa bed, and a flat-screen cable TV. Villas include a wine rack, a breakfast bar, a seating area with cable TV and a gas fireplace, a dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, two balconies, a clothes washer, and a tumble dryer.
