Four Sails Resort has various room styles with a maximum occupancy of four adults and two children in room 1103. All units feature one-bedroom suites with oceanfront balconies. Suites include a queen or a king-size bed, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and a bathroom with a double-sized whirlpool tub. Some rooms offer windows facing north and west, some offer limited views of the north end of the oceanfront, along with a large picture window facing west, and one bedroom is oceanfront with a large window facing the ocean. The Atlantic Penthouse, located on the north end of the top floor, has one full bathroom with a jetted tub. Other features include a fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen televisions in both the living and bedroom, and a DVD player. Kitchens have a full-size refrigerator, a two-burner stovetop and oven, a small microwave oven, a coffee maker, a blender, a toaster, a dishwasher, and basic utensils and cutlery. Some suites include a large dining table and chairs in front of the kitchen area and a seating area with a sofa bed. Amenities include Heating, Air conditioning, Tea and coffee facilities, a Terrace, a Dining table, Cookware/ Kitchen utensils, a CD player, a Flat-screen TV, Carpeted floor, and Parquet floor.

The 33rd Street Cafe provides on-site dining for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is also an open-air boardwalk restaurant.

Location and Attractions
Four Sails Resort is located at the north end of the Virginia Beach Oceanfront, 11 blocks north of the terminus of Interstate 264 East. Nearby landmarks include the Navy Seal Monument (0.5 km), iFLY VA Beach (1 km), Neptune's Park (0.5 km), the Norwegian Lady Statue (1 km), the Virginia Beach Boardwalk (1.5 km), and the Neptune Statue (0.3 km). The resort is within minutes of the Virginia Aquarium, First Landing State Park, Ocean Breeze Water Park, The Adventure Park, and Oceana Naval Air Station. Other attractions are in the neighboring city of Norfolk. The Linkhorn Bay, a beautiful estuary of the Chesapeake Bay, is just west of the Oceanfront. The Four Sails Resort is located in Virginia Beach Boardwalk.
