Suites include a queen or a king-size bed, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and a bathroom with a double-sized whirlpool tub. Some rooms offer windows facing north and west, some offer limited views of the north end of the oceanfront, along with a large picture window facing west, and one bedroom is oceanfront with a large window facing the ocean. The Atlantic Penthouse, located on the north end of the top floor, has one full bathroom with a jetted tub. Other features include a fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen televisions in both the living and bedroom, and a DVD player. Kitchens have a full-size refrigerator, a two-burner stovetop and oven, a small microwave oven, a coffee maker, a blender, a toaster, a dishwasher, and basic utensils and cutlery. Some suites include a large dining table and chairs in front of the kitchen area and a seating area with a sofa bed. Amenities include Heating, Air conditioning, Tea and coffee facilities, a Terrace, a Dining table, Cookware/ Kitchen utensils, a CD player, a Flat-screen TV, Carpeted floor, and Parquet floor.
