limited spots for the spa no disturb sign
I found several issues . The gym lacked air conditioning it made workouts uncomfortable. There were limited spots for the spa and I could not get in . The absence of a "Do not disturb" sign was frustrating I prefer not to have daily housekeeping but I had no way to indicate this to the staff.

breakfast selection great variety airport journey rude receptionist parking assistance job description
i found the breakfast selection first class. there was a great variety of foods. the staff were professional and friendly. the journey from the airport was short. the staff were great and did everything they could to help.
i encountered one receptionist. he was very rude. i asked about parking. he said it was not his job to assist.

central location with good service
great location friendly staff
the location is fantastic with a short walk to the main street. the staff members were friendly and very helpful with directions. breakfast offered many choices like pastries, fruit, and eggs. i found the coffee served at the table to be quite good.
the bar had limited opening hours of 6-9pm. it was not possible to get a coffee or snack during the day. the small bottle of water in the room cost €1.50.

the hotel includes a nice pool area with sun beds, though shaded from around 3pm. i saw that a bus stop to beaches like pittulongu is just a short walk away. parking is available for €10 on the hotel premises.

the reception was staffed by very kind people, ready to help with all questions. i observed staff quickly addressing guest requests and providing local information. the staff ensured breakfast tables were clean and tidy throughout the morning.

this location is near the heart of the city, providing quick access to amenities. the main street with shops and restaurants is only a few minutes by foot. the hotel offers convenient access to public transportation for exploring nearby areas.

superb hotel experience
great selection helpful staff excellent location
the breakfast had a great selection (especially the coffee served). the staff did everything they could to help. the location was also excellent for reaching restaurants and shops. i found free parking very near the hotel, a bonus.
